The European Rover Challenge (ERC) is an international competition for space vehicles, known as rovers, held annually in Poland. University teams from around the world focus on the development and build of an autonomous Mars rover and drone. The aim is to showcase their results by completing assigned tasks: autonomous navigation, terrain mapping, sample collection and analysis, rover cooperation, autonomous data collection by drone, and operating a control panel using a robotic arm.

Mission PROMISE (Project Hydronaut)

A simulated journey to the moon and back involves Major Aleš Svoboda, a Czech astronaut, former combat pilot, ESA member, and quite possibly the next Czech to be sent into space in the future. The mission takes place in a unique European training center called Little Moon City Prague (LMCP). During the current planned simulated mission, various scientific experiments will be conducted, including an isolated "moonwalk" using virtual reality, where the crew will collect geological samples.
